PUPIL PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE SCHEME 2009/2010
We might not like to think about it, but insurance comes in handy sometimes! The insurance scheme offers a means of recovering medical and/or dental costs incurred during the school year. Insurance period is from date of acceptance (we are aiming for 30th September), through to end of summer holidays in the following year. The Parent's Council administers the scheme on behalf of the school, and this year will be subsidising the scheme. This means that, for a cost of EUR6.00 per pupil, to be paid by parents, 24-hour insurance cover is provided for the pupil.

Details of the scheme including application form are given below. The forms will be circulated through schoolbags in on Wednesday 23rd September 2009, and we ask that these be returned to the class teacher with the EUR6.00 per pupil, by Friday 25th September 2009. Please ensure your child's name and class are completed, with your signature and the current date.
Cash is preferred. Otherwise, if paying by cheque please make it out to 'Parents Council St Joseph's NS'.

Full details of the scheme are available at the following link http://www.allscoil.com/Pupil_Personal_Accident/Pupil_Personal_Accident.html
